“To photograph: it is to put on the same line of sight the head, the eye and the heart.”
Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908-2004) Fench photographer
Together with a dedicated wildlife photographer you will experience selected national parks and protected areas in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Although you know your equipment well and know how to use aperture, shutter speed and focus, there is still much to learn for every passionate hobby photographer. Make the best of this chance to expand your knowledge and to find out how to take even better photographs home from your travels.
In the course of the Zimbabwe trip from 22nd September to 4th October 2012 you will visit the spectacular Victoria Falls, World Heritage Site and one of the seven wonders of the world. You will have the opportunity to photograph wild animals, birds and stunning scenery in Chobe, Hwange and Matobo National Parks. As a special treat at the end, you will have the unique chance of accompanying anti poaching patrols and tracking highly endangered black rhinos. You will find a detailed itinerary here: Photographic Safari Zimbabwe
On the Botswana Tour from 16th November to 3rd December 2012 you will discover Chobe National Park with its contrasts between the green riverine area and the drier grassland away from the water. You will see Nxai Pan National Park with its salt pans and Baobabs, the Okavango Delta from the perspective of a dugout canoe and the famous Moremi Nature Reserve. On this journey, too, you will see the Victoria Falls and follow an anti poaching unit on the spoor of black rhino. Please find the detailed itinerary here: Photographic Safari Botswana
