The correct name for the area we are introducing you to here, The Greater Limpopo Transfrontier Conservation Area, or GLTFCA for short, is quite a mouthful, which is why we have titled this page "Kruger-Transfrontier Adventures", because that is exactly what we would like to offer you as our guests.
The GLTFCA embraces huge tracts of land dedicated to conservation in three countries: South Africa (Kruger National Park), Mozambique (Limpopo Park) and Zimbabwe (Gonarezhou National Park). No nature-lover should miss the enormous range of opportinities to see impressive scenery as well as rare animal and bird species that this relatively new cooperation between the nations offers.
The absolute highlight for any dedicated nature traveller is camping deep in the bush where no lights or noises of civilization can reach and disrupt the sounds and sights of the wild. With our guided 4x4 self drive tours we offer you just that opportunity. Depending on the time of year and the water level of the rivers, you can travel through all three countries and parks, crossing five major rivers in the process. Shorter tours through Gonarezhou, the wildest part of the GLTFCA are also on offer.
